Compact System (longitudinally moveable)

Compact System glass store products are used to store flat glass

It's characterised by it's easy and secure handling as well as a high load capacity

A huge advantage is it's 20 mm low base plate which guarantees unhindered access to the lade opening.

The Compact System consists of a slide rail and a supporting slide rail. On top are transversal mobile glass store elements.

Single Elements are arranged like a packet. All elements can be manually moved, or per hand valve, or electrically

Free space between the elements is used for loading and removal of glass.

Compact System can be delivered in two formats:

For single panes with a water proofed wooden overlay (bottom side) and rubber strips

For Crates (End-Cups) with a distance owner (box can be removed up to the bottom part.
Flex System (Drawer Rack Storage)

The Flex System is used to store flat glass which is warehoused in groups in singly extensible frames (Drawer Pallets).

Single drawers (Type BJT) are filled one by one with glass panes.

A massive wooden overlay is built in at the bottom. All areas of contact have a profile rubber and rubber seal plate.

At Type BB and BBL whole boxes will be placed into the frame in turn. Glass panes lean against the distance pieces in ¾ of it's height in such a way as to enable them to detach the wooden packaging

Glass panes can be removed savely singly.

Es handelt sich in jedem Fall um eine stabile Stahlrohrkonstruktion. Diese ist mit pulverbeschichteter oder lackierter Oberfläche in allen RAL Farbtönen lieferbar.

All models have a massive steel tube construction which is powder-coated or coated in RAL colors.

Ball bearing rolls assure a light running of all drawers. Starting at 1000 kg load capacity all impellers have a ground rail track.
